CA. Gaurav V. Singhvi, is the apex decision making body of the GSV Group, a renowned Financial and Management Consulting Group in Gujarat. He was qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1997 with an exceptional academic record. Just after qualified as Chartered Accountant he began his career in India’s biggest Corporate house where he served as Middle Management and had a rich & extensive experience in the field of Excise, Export and Management Accounting. Apart from being young & innovative, in his role as a Managing Director, he sets the vision and provides strategic direction and leadership for the Group’s business which covers several verticals such as Debt Syndication, Management Advisory, Carbon Credit Consultancy & Financial Advisory.
After working with biggest Indian Company, he stepped forward and established his own Chartered Accountant firm named Gaurav Singhvi & Associates. With all his proficiency in the field of Debt Syndication and Corporate advisory, after Gaurav Singhvi & Associates successfully being managed got converted into GSV Group for higher goals.
He is actively involved with many social activities and also associated with lots of Social Groups, Social Clubs, Business Groups, Member of Chamber of Commerce& Industry and other similar business associations. He has attended various conferences & Business meets in India and abroad. He is also known as a Youth Icon
CA. Sailesh Khemka being one of the core pillar of GSV Group. He pursues an excellent academic record and has secured 2nd Rank in C.A Inter and 19th Rank in C.A Final in India. He is also qualified as D.I.S.A (Diploma in Information System Audits). With his vibrant & skillful qualities he possesses expertise in the fields of Audit and Assurance, Advisory Services, Stock Investigation, Inspection & Management Audits, Export and Excise Consultancy.
Mr. Sailesh Khemka began his career in Partnership with Shah Khemka & associates and has an experience in the fields of Bank Audit, Internal Audit, Statutory Audits, Taxation, Project Finance and other allied matters. His area of interest includes Audit – Internal, System, Concurrent, Stock, Investigation, Inspection and Management Audits, Management advisory, Advisory Services, Export and Excise Consultancy.
He undertakes the audit of major corporate and non-corporate clients in industries such as textiles, engineering, publishing, paper, travel, software, healthcare etc. He has also been involved in the audit of major banks. His sound financial and accounting background has enabled him to specialize in conducting statutory audits of companies.
CA. Vipul Shah is one of the eminent pillar of GSV Group. He has completed his L.L.B and qualified as D.I.S.A (Diploma In Information System Audits). He has an extensive knowledge in his field & possesses expertise in the areas like corporate taxation, Tax Advisory, Project Advisory, Bank Audit and Management advisory.
He began his career by starting up his Partnership with Shah Khemka & associates and has an experience in the fields of Bank Audit, Internal Audit, Statutory Audits, Taxation, Project Finance and other allied matters. His area of specialization includes Income Tax, Audit – Internal, System, Concurrent, Stock, Investigation, Inspection, Management Audits, Management advisory.
CA Amit Modani is one of the prominent pillar of GSV Group. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant of 1998 Batch and also Certified Internal Auditor 2009 (USA). He has immense practical experience in the field of Project Finance,Syndication, Management & Forex Consultancy and Bank Audits.
He has more than thirteen years of Banking experience with most reputed banks of India. He has worked with India's biggest Pvt Sector Bank ICICI Bank and India's premier financial institution IDBI and Indusind bank at different levels. He has also worked with Sterlite Industries limited one of the biggest Indian Multinational Company.
During his career he has handled various assignments in Retail Branch Banking , Forex & Treasury , International Banking and SME Finance.His area of specialization includes Project Finance , SME Funding, Management Consultancy, Forex Derivatives and Remittances Consultancy and Bank Audit – Statutory, Concurrent, Stock, Revenue, System and Treasury.
CA. Hemant Khator is one of the important pillars of GSV Group. He has a practical experience in all field & possesses expertise in the areas like Audits, Financing, corporate taxation, Tax Advisory, Project Advisory, Bank Audit and Management advisory.
He began his career by working with Birla Super cement as Middle Management, than he worked with HDFC bank Ltd as Credit Manager, later he joined Team Ferro Alloys Pvt. Ltd as GM- Finance and has an experience in the all fields of Bank Audit, Internal Audit, Statutory Audits, Taxation, Project Finance and other allied matters. His area of specialization includes Income Tax, Audit – Internal, System, Concurrent, Stock, Investigation, Inspection, Management Audits, Management advisory.
CA. Kshitiz Godika is a mavin of GSV Group. He has done his LLB and MBA (Finance) from Symboisis. He possesses expertise in Corporate Finance, Management Consultancy, Revenue Accounting, Cost Accounting, Audits, Investigation and Reporting.
He began his career by working with Patni Computer Systems Ltd now Patni –Igate. As Executive Mgr-Finance & Accounts then he worked with Deutsche Bank Group as Analyst/Assistant Manager. He has comprehensive knowledge of Corporate Finance, Management Consultancy and has extensive experience in Formulating Internal Controls – Sox , Revenue Accounting, Cost Accounting, Audits, Investigation, Inspection and Management Reporting.
